Weekly Summary Reports

Stay up to date with your campaign's performance with a summary report sent to you each week. This report gives an overview of your most imprtant metrics for the previous seven days.

Enable weekly reports

Opt-in to receive summary reports in just a few steps:

From the dashboard, go to Settings > General.

Enter an Email and a time & day to receive your weekly report (Your account holder Email will be preselected by default.)

Toggle the switch ON to opt-in to receive the reports.

You can add multiple Email addresses to receive reports. Click 'X' on an Email at any time to remove it.

A breakdown of the weekly summary report data

Here's a quick breakdown of what's included in your summary report:

Total Sales: The total value of sales recovered that week by Rivo's automated notifications.
Open Rate: The percentage of all notifications sent that week that were opened and viewed by customers.
Click Rate: The percentage of all notifications sent that week that were clicked-through to the Checkout.
