Pro Plan

The Pro Plan has all the features of the Starter Plan but our commission on recovered orders is only 2%.

Order Recovery Limit of $100 on the Free Plan

The app will send notifications for abandoned carts with an amount of $100 or more but will stop sending them once you've generated sales over $100 through the app. You can track this amount on your dashboard metrics. Once you've exceeded the $100 recovery limit, automated notifications will be disabled in your account and you will need to upgrade for the app to resume sending notifications.

Paid Plan Commissions

We take a small percentage in commission on your recovered sales. For example, if your store recovers $500 in abandoned carts through the notifications, you will be billed $12.5 (2.5% on Starter) or $10 (2% on Pro plan) in commissions for that month + your monthly plan fee of $15/month (on Starter plan) or $49/month (on Pro plan).

SMS Credits

We give everyone that starts a paid plan trial $0.50 in credits to test out SMS, but because we’re charged for every message that we send on your behalf, you’ll need to purchase SMS credits to keep your messages going once the $0.50 is used up. These credits start at only $5 for 100 credits, are non-recurring fees, and can be reloaded as needed in the Settings > SMS page.

Order attribution overview

If our app's notifications resulted in an order being placed on your website, we'll take a small commission according to the plan you have selected above. This includes if any discount codes generated from our app were used, notifications (emails, SMS, push notifications) were interacted with and if there are UTM parameters from our app on the Shopify order notes. Once a customer interacts with any of our notifications, for instance clicking on a push notification, and then goes on to complete the order – that will be attributed to our app. This is programmatically tracked according to Shopify's API and terms of service to determine if a notification was interacted with and if the order tied to that notification was completed to determine an accurate order attribution.
