Choosing a date range
The Analytics page features a handy date range filter located near the top right. There are many date range filters to choose from or you can choose custom dates! Use these date ranges to break down your Analytics data even further.

Revenue from the App
These graphs show data on orders and revenue that are directly attributed to Rivo's cart recovery automation. When a customer clicks on one of Rivo's automated notifications and completes their purchase, this order and its revenue are attributed to the app. These graphs show how well your cart recovery campaign is performing overall.

There are two views to choose from:
Orders: This graph shows orders that were recovered with an automated notification sent by the app.
Revenue: This is the revenue generated from those orders. This revenue is directly attributed to Rivo's cart recovery automation.
Revenue by Channel
This table shows revenue from completed orders attributed to each messaging channel. This will show you how successful each notification has been at recovering carts, giving you insight into what's working and which channel needs improving.

This table is divided into four columns:
Channel: Data is broken down by the three messaging channels: Push, Email and SMS.
Clicks: The total number of click-throughs for each channel.
Orders: The number of completed orders attributed to each channel.
Revenue: Total revenue from orders attributed to each channel.

This table shows revenue from completed orders attributed to each notification step. Gain insight into which step produces the best results and tweak your campaign accordingly.

Step: Data here is broken down by each automation step.
Clicks: The total number of click-throughs for each automation step.
Orders: The number of completed orders attributed to each automation step.
Revenue: Total revenue from orders attributed to each automation step.
